Ingredients

  • 8.8oz Italian Sausage
  • 3 cloves Garlic (pealed and minced)
  • 0.5 cup Chicken Broth
  • 1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 1 tsp Lemon Juice
  • 0.25 cup Sundried Tomatoes
  • 1 lb Gnocchi
  • 1.5 cup Spinach
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan Cheese
  • Fresh Basil

Process

  1. Take italian sausage out of casings and crumble into deep skillet. Saute over medium-high heat, breaking up as you go, util browned: 5-7 minutes.
  2. Stir in the garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
  3. Add in chicken broth, cream, lemon juice, sun dried tomatoes, and then gnocchi. Reduce head to medium and cover the pan. Cook for 5 minutes.
  4. Stir well and add spinach, cover again and cook until wilted: 1-2 minutes.
  5. Stir in parmesan and basil, ensure gnocchi is fully cooked and sauce is thickened, season with salt and pepper.
