Process
- Take italian sausage out of casings and crumble into deep skillet. Saute over medium-high heat, breaking up as you go, util browned: 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in the garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
- Add in chicken broth, cream, lemon juice, sun dried tomatoes, and then gnocchi. Reduce head to medium and cover the pan. Cook for 5 minutes.
- Stir well and add spinach, cover again and cook until wilted: 1-2 minutes.
- Stir in parmesan and basil, ensure gnocchi is fully cooked and sauce is thickened, season with salt and pepper.
