hot italian sausage- or any sausage or protein substitute

zuccini, sliced into 0.25 inch chunks1
red bell pepper, sliced into 0.25 chunks0.5
onion, diced1 tbsp
garlic powder1 tbsp
onion powder1 tbsp
italian seasoning1 tps
dried oregino1 tps
thyme1 tps
dired basil
0.5 tps
ground pepper1 tbps
minced garlic- olive oil
Process
- Cook sausage in a pan with olive oil.
- Remove sausage and add vegetables: onion, zuccini, and bell pepper to pan along with garlic powder, onion powder, and italian seasoning. Cook until vegetables are starting to soften or till onion in translucent.
- Slice sausage and add back into pan with minced garlic and pepper, cover and cook for 2 minutes.
- Let cool and serve from pan.
