Ingredients

  • 1 hot italian sausage
    • or any sausage or protein substitute
  • 1 zuccini, sliced into 0.25 inch chunks
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced into 0.25 chunks
  • 0.5 onion, diced
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp italian seasoning
    • 1 tps dried oregino
    • 1 tps thyme
    • 1 tps dired basil
  • 0.5 tps ground pepper
  • 1 tbps minced garlic
  • olive oil

Process

  1. Cook sausage in a pan with olive oil.
  2. Remove sausage and add vegetables: onion, zuccini, and bell pepper to pan along with garlic powder, onion powder, and italian seasoning. Cook until vegetables are starting to soften or till onion in translucent.
  3. Slice sausage and add back into pan with minced garlic and pepper, cover and cook for 2 minutes.
  4. Let cool and serve from pan.
